Until very recently, electric bikes were little more than toys - the New Range of Bikes from Thompsons has changed that.
The New Euro Classic Features a powerful motor that will propel you to speeds of up to 15mph (as high as you are legally allowed in the UK) and a battery that offers a range of in excess 20km, the Euro CLassic makes transportation on an electric bike a fun, affordable and practical option.
The bike can be used as a standard bike and offers all the features of a premium bike. The Power Plus can be used simply as a traditional 'pedal' bike without any problems, however it also features two other modes:
Pedal Assist
Assist mode will kick in the power as you start pedalling and add extra power to each cycle, propelling you faster and with less effort.
Throttle Control
Fully powered will take you from stationary to cruising speed at the flick of a wrist with absolutely zero leg movement.
Complete with battery charger. The battery can be removed from the bike for ease of charging inside you house.
Please note that this is not a motor cycle and you will be required to pedal as well during steep hills. Distances travelled via battery power will vary in accordance with the rider weight, battery capacity, hills, road conditions, use of built in lights, weather etc.

Just love it
I would certainly recomend buying a electric bike from Thomsons ,My bike arrived earlier than stated,which was exciting but unfortunately the back light was damaged, Thomsons delivered a back light and also a basket to put on the front of the bike and a box for the back the following day and free of charge,If you are looking to buy an electric bike Thomsons will be the place to get one ..

speedy on delivery, speedy on the road.
delivery time was excellent,ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the Tuesday. The bike is well balanced and quick. My wife ( weighs 50Kg ) manages it well to go to work every day.

The Thompson euro-classic 2,is a treat to ride.I have had mine a week,should of got it years before.Everything works,electric lights and horn.Easy to charge and cheap per mile.This is great value for money.It is heavier than a normal bike,but is smart andworks well.Mine arrived early and good after sales.All in all its a great product.
